You can check the matches in the national's cups and in the international cups. You can also check the standings in the leagues by clicking on one of them. All of the leagues are written two times - the first time is to see the matches and the program and the results, and the second time is to see the standings in the leagues. When you click on calendar, you see what matches are you going to have in the next 9 days. You can see team's roster just by clocking on the team's name in your calendar. You have matches for a league, for a national cup, for an international cup (not always) and of course some days are free for you - you do not have any matches and you can signup for a tournament 1on1, for example. Just signup and check what matches are you going to play.
